I spent most of my career being told I was good with people, while quietly suspecting most workplaces weren’t. In 2017 I founded SEE Change Happen, and since the start of 2020 I’ve hosted Inclusion Bites — unguarded conversations about belonging, difference, and what it takes to be human, with more than two hundred guests across five continents.

Don’t Be a D✱ck is what all those conversations taught me, boiled down to ninety-nine everyday ways anyone can actually use.

When I’m not writing or speaking, I’m at home with my wife Marie and Amber the cavapoo, both of whom have heard quite enough about this book.
